Description
Key responsibilities:
Plan and implement LM’s Tara Programme, a spoken English programme for children and adult learners. This will involve:
Conduct English language classes for students between KG to Grade 5 in customer schools
Assess and evaluate progress in learning across all grades
Maintain regular communication with customer schools. Obtain customer feedback and take action as appropriate.
Maintain relevant documentation and assist in data collection and analysis
Provide programmatic support to LM teams
II. Qualifications / Work experience
Any Bachelors’ Degree. Degree in Education with a specialization in English will be an advantage.
Any experience in coordinating / administrative work will be good.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Apps
III. Additional requirements for the role:
Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak in Kannada and/or Hindi.
Passionate about education as well as customer engagement. Eagerness to learn and work in a diverse team.
Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Strong planning and *organizational *skills
Ability to work on weekends (occasionally)
Ability to travel to project areas frequently
