This is a 100% remote position, which includes salaried compensation and all wage-related benefits. The monthly salary is ₱26,000/mos. +13-month salary bonus and annual compensation evaluations.

About this role:
This is a Work From Home based position.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of online customer service experience
- Experience with online CRM tools and Helpdesk software
- Excellent (near-native) English (spoken and/or written)
Access to your own dedicated quiet work space and equipment that meets our technical requirements:
A Mac, Intel or AMD PC/ laptop running Windows 10/Mac 10.15 Catalina operating system with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM (NO Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone) and Minimum processor speed of 2.0 GHz
- High Speed Internet - minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
- A backup source of Internet and power (Mobile hotspot is sufficient)
- Strong troubleshooting, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills to provide customers the help they need
- Able to make good judgment decisions in accordance with policies and procedures
- Clear written communication skills, with an attention to grammar and tone
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Well rounded technology capability to ensure all systems, both hardware and software, are functioning properly
