- Responsible for production of shop drawings and detailed construction issues;
- In charge of all drawing development required by the project;
- Prepares detailed as-built/shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction;
- Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication;
- Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
- Understands the project scope and requirements in the preparation of detailed shop drawings ensuring that the drawings are easily understood by the project teams;
- Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation;
- Consults with key personnel in the project planning on necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
- Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for fabrication or erection drawings;
- Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in erection drawings;
- Collaborates with quality supervisor to guarantee adherence to specification;
- Explains drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments as necessary;
- Experience in both Pre and Post Contract Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Provide AutoCAD support in the form of sketches, shopdrawings or construction drawings.
- Perform, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Construction Sector or related field is required for this position.
- Able to work independently.
- Knowledge in computer software such as MS Words, AutoCad, MS Excel, etc
- Welcomed Singaporeans.(No Quota)
- Salary commensurate with experience
- Can start working immediately
Location: Paya Ubi Industrial Park ( Nearest MRT: macpherson / ubi )
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm ( Monday - Friday) Not ALLOW for WFH and Remote Work
