FOODIE AND BARISTA NEEDED
We’re growing, again! Zocalo is looking for a foodie and barista with initiative who wants to grow with us. You would be responsible for running the coffee bar, preparing menu items, baking and serving a great crowd of people who love Zocalo and Little Italy.
Do you love serving great coffee, delectable sweet treats and small savoury lunch items? Passionate about serving quality? As an energetic, charismatic people-helper with experience in food-service and/or coffee bar service, you’re needed for a growing funky lifestyle/decor store with coffee bar located near downtown Edmonton. An exciting opportunity, this position promises growth and challenges as an integral part of a lively and creative team. Weekend availability required, but very few evenings. Starts immediately. PT or FT considered.
Essential skills: Customer-service skills, love of food, attention to detail, demonstrated people skills, food service and prep skills, ability to communicate effectively and work well with a diverse team.
