QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
- Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Take positive actions and ensure that assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled to achieve the goals set by the company.
- Be able to promote company culture and be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
- Reflects knowledge of labor laws and best practices. Experience in customer service or client support.
- Implement and follow company rules and regulations, requirements, and standards of the company.
- Be able to anticipate how different policies might influence employees and their ability to handle conflicts and other issues through legal compliance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Experience with employment and labor laws, conflict resolution, compensation strategy, and other human resources programs.
- Be able to develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
Salary: Php43,000.00 - Php44,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
