Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install and Configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintaining Desktop PC, POS, and Network connection
- Responding in a timely manner to service issue and request
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up account for new users
- Setup, Repair and replacement of equipment as necessary
- Test updates and scenarios testing
- Documents hardware and software updates.
- Other task my be assigned within IT department
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

- Collage graduate (any IT related course)
- Technical Knowledge/Experience
