IT Support - Nuvali Sta. Rosa Laguna

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installs POS terminals, user workstations, servers and other IT-related equipment/s
• Responsible for the maintenance of all IT equipment at the Store.
• Conducts regular checking of IT assets
• Performs first-level troubleshooting and repair of IT assets in the stores
• Contacts service provider and reports defective machines under warranty.
• Accomplishes reports from the POS such as departmenting totals, recaps, item movement, terminal productivity, & operator performances.
• Performs other IT-related duties deemed necessary for business continuity.

Salary: From Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santa Rosa, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
