Job Advert Summary:
Rand Water is currently looking for an Education Training and Development Quality Analyst to Implement and monitor the Education, Training and Development quality, and compliance to relevant legislation and regulation within Capacity Building. Manage and control training and development framework and to safeguard Rand Water’s internal and external customers, reputation, assets, and the interests of stakeholders by identifying and managing all threats to the achievement of its business objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Degree in Human Resources
- OD ETDP Level 5 and/or Quality Management Diploma
- 3 years plus experience working in the ETQA environment
- 3 years’ experience managing Human Resources projects
- 2 years’ experience working with quality training management
- Skills Development Legislation
- Education, Training and Quality Assurance systems
- Design, Develop and Evaluate learning programs
Primary Duties:
- Design of a QMS implementation tool kit for Capacity Building.
- Develops and periodically review and update Capacity Building SOPs to ensure continuance and relevance in providing guidance to Capacity Building staff.
- Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit, Capacity Building, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.
- Create and Sustain a Quality Culture.
- Development of effectiveness indicators for skills development practices.
- Establishment, implementation, and improvement of a quality management system for skills development.
- Prepare for internal and external audits for Capacity Building.
- Evaluate the implementation of a quality assurance system for learning provision and assessment.
- Maintain program and provider accreditation with various SETAs.
- Manage the performance of training suppliers around the ETQA with the specialists.
- Promote quality amongst constituent providers.
- Monitor, evaluate the implementation of training at Rand Water in accordance with SLA in place.
