Description
Job Objective:
The Surveyor is responsible for planning, directing and conducting construction surveying work to determine conformance and set out construction projects;
Job Tasks and Duties:
- Preparing site plans and survey reports;
- Supervising the preparation of plans, maps, charts and drawings to give image representations;
- Conducting all activities in accordance with the integrated management system;
- Keeping adequate quality assurance records for each individual task undertaken;
- Checking all instruction for relevant quality requirements prior to completion of task;
- To operate unsupervised on whatever precision surveys directed or required to do by the Project Surveyor/Management;
- High precision conformance surveys as directed or required by the Project Surveyor;
- High precision construction set out surveys as direct or required by the Project Surveyor;
- Direct/supervise L&L assistant surveyors as required;
- Experience required: Bachelor’s Degree in surveying
- Full-Time minimum 38 hours per week
- Salary: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
