We are a newly opened café - *pomme *which runs as a café in the day and as a restaurant at night. We are a group of young passionate chefs working towards our dream to open a café/restaurant to share our passion in creating food and pastries. We aim to be a one stop diner for all to enjoy a diversity of food creations. Well aware that the F&B industry is challenging, we hope to look for individuals who share the same aspirations; in creating a caring team culture and warm environment for our customers to enjoy.
What we are looking for:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess good working attitude
- Able to work at a fast pace during peak hours
- Able to troubleshoot
Job Requirements:
- Barista skills & knowledge
- Preparation and serving beverages according to SOP
- Alcohol knowledge will be be bonus
Job scopes:
- Coffee calibration, making of coffees, teas and latte art
- Simple cocktail making
- R&D for new drinks menu
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of bar counter
Other job scopes:
- Cashiering and attending to customers during peak hours
- Perform day to day opening and/or closing duties
- Training new baristas/part timers
- Inventory stock management for bar items
