Rf Manager/leader

Job Duties:
1. Responsible to lead team and carry out RF planning, design and optimization activities on 5G/4G/3G/2G network including cell planning, initial planning, interference analysis, drive-testing, MR analysis, OSS KPI monitoring and performance improvement, feature/trial, capacity management, etc.

  1. Responsible to lead team and carry out RF planning design and optimization activities on 5G/4G In-Building network.

  2. Able to write up guidelines for radio network planning & optimization projects and lead the development and responsible for development, delivery and presentation of quality documentation.

  3. Manage the RF activities including deployment of the drive test teams.


Job Requirements:
1. Minimum with any Bachelor degree in Engineering, IT/ICT, Computer Science or equivalent.

  1. Experienced or/and specialized in RF or Telecommunications.

  2. Has leadership characteristic

  3. Good interpersonal, observant and creativity skills are preferred.

  4. Strong sense of responsibility, customer oriented and security awareness, and strong communications skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
