Description
Implement Logistics plans, processes and policies supporting the functions of materials and finished goods storage and movement
- Track the alignment of logistics optimization, plans and controls and reconcile any deviation
- Implement and execute Logistics processes of Inventory Control and policies through ongoing Logistics support and solutions for finished Goods / materials movement and storage
- Implement, execute and maintain the programs and policies
- Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to Logistics programs and policies
- Collaborate with other team members of Logistics to support all stakeholders involved
- Participate in driving transformation and change of Logistics practices to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
- Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own function
- Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
- Address complex task

Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified
- Min 2 to 6 years of Logistics experiences
- Experienced in managing exports and fulfilling market's orders to ensure high customer order fulfillment
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence across the matrix organization
- Ability to foster relationships and address any complex issues
