IT Helpdesk Staff

XRC MALL DEVELOPER INC.-Marikina, Philippines

The IT Helpdesk is responsible to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and/or electronically.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software.
  • Research question using available information resources.
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard helpdesk procedures
  • Log all helpdesk interactions
  • Administer the helpdesk software
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent
  • Track and route problems and requests and document
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Informs management of recurring problems
  • Stay current with system information, changes and
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
