Quantity Surveyor

Understanding in construction drawing and BQ specification.

• Preparation for the report, update V.O and contract list.
• Prepare cost management, progress claims, final account, valuation of contract works and is familiar with contractual claims.
• To assist the Site Supervisor on all aspects of Pre and Post contract management of the Projects.
• Dealing with all subcontractors/ suppliers.
• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (preferred)
