Description
Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Gul Circle MRT station)
What the person will do:
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities
- Preparation of raw materials according to production plan
- Perform housekeeping, cleaning and fundamental maintenance of workplace
- Conduct sampling of incoming starting and raw materials
- Work closely with production engineers to troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment related issues
- Maintain and update on production and quality records
- Any other ad-hoc duties, as assigned
What the person needs to have:
- Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Engineering/Chemistry/Materials Science
- 0-3 years of experience
- Team player with strong problem solving & communication skills
- Able to work independently according to production schedule
- Past experience in chemical manufacturing environment as well as ability to drive Reach Truck has an added advantage
