Job Description for Project Manager

This role requires expert level communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. A self-starter, the applicant must have the flexibility to deal with rapidly changing and time-constrained environment. The applicant shall have the ability to track and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, arm with strong negotiation skills and ability to creatively solve problems and exhibit high degree of ownership and accountability.

The applicant shall possess:

  1. 4 - 5 years of experience leading large, diverse and complex projects.
  2. Experience in managing projects with multiple project teams. PMI/PMP certification is an advantage.
  3. PMP/PMI certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manages the commercial and technical aspects of projects with direct accountability. Responsible for the project budget and schedule.
  2. Develops and leads the project team to the delivery of successful project outcomes, able to exercise good and appropriate judgment to support successful project implementation.
  3. Manages and coordinates the activities of multiple project team and multifunctional teams.
  4. Scope, risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating and developing mitigation plans and facilitating resolutions. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessing and mitigating risks through risk planning. record, practice management, financial management.
  5. Develops, initiates and manages a communication plan, including regular project status reports to all stakeholders
  6. Develops root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
  7. Prepares and delivers executive-level presentations to senior leadership, management and stakeholders in meetings.
  8. Manages customer interaction and expectations through regular updates of project status and communicate with customers on his needs and requests.
  9. Work within project deadlines and prioritizing tasks from time to time as scheduled in cost effective way, meeting above the targeted project profit margin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
