Due to continued success, our client is seeking an entry-level Administration Assistant to join their team. No experience in an office environment needed as you will have the opportunity to complete a traineeship and gain your Certificate IV in Business Admin.

This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4pm.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reception duties including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
  • Data entry of invoices
  • Filing and updating company documents
  • Processing mail
  • Ordering and maintaining the stationary
  • Booking travel as required
  • General administration and ad-hoc support to the wider team

Essentially you’ll have:

  • No experience working in an office environment needed
  • Experience working in a customer focused role (eg. retail, hospitality), an advantage
  • An eagerness and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A proactive and driven approach
  • An interest in growing your career in administration
