Description
a. Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all facilities plants and equipment while on duty.
b. Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
c. Reports to Facilities Engineer any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify the matter.
d. Implements instructions from Facilities Engineer on matters that require immediate attention.
e. Monitors operation of water pumps, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system, lighting and etc.
f. Performs related duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
