Our company is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Project Officer Intern to join us. In this role, you will gain experiences to engage in various marketing assignments, projects, and activities of varying complexity.
- Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among team members
- Supervise and control multiple projects from timeline perspective
- Maintain job files including proof of executions from both internal & external
- Support the wider team for administrative works
- Work across multiple projects and ensure all parties are informed of progress and problems that may arise
Requirement:
- Final year of college/university. Preferably from Marketing, Communications & Management majors
- Willingness to learn and adaptable
- Has a good level efficiency, detail oriented and responsibility
- Good communication and negotiation skills; preferably fluent in English
