Reporting:
Direct to Director, HR ASEAN & HK
Matrix to Facility & Admin Manager

Key Job Functions:

  • Providing secretarial support to the assigned Vice President (VP) /Senior Executive Directors':

  • daily schedule/travel management which will includes planning, reminding, booking, picking up and etc

  • communicating with departments and companies, track and implement the implementation of work tasks assigned
  • arrange internal and external visits, meetings, activities, maintain and manage contacts
  • any other duties to be assign from time to time
  • Maintain proper record-keeping of high level confidential and controlled documents, where necessary
  • Responsible for office administration duties and support for APAC team, working closely with the IMAL admin team
  • Provide end -to-end travel arrangement for APAC team
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager




Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum A level/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration with 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as Executive/Personal Assistant supporting senior management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented
  • High level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion
  • Strong level of interpersonal & communication skills
  • A high level of productivity, initiative, and self-motivation to accomplish tasks
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and accommodate last-minute changes
