Our company is looking for experienced, self-motivated and result oriented Real Estate Consultant (Russian Speaker) to join our Team to be part of Growing Organization.

Job description: *

  • Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
  • Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Analysing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
  • Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
  • Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
  • Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
  • Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.

Property Consultant Requirements:

  • Experience of Min. 1 Year in Dubai Real Estate (Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson)
  • Ability to work with targets and commission basis.
  • Sound knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
  • Passionate, punctual and Team player
  • Excellent communication, presentation and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.
  • Must have UAE driving license
