Hospitality Supervisor (Villa Supervisor) - Male

We are currently looking for a Hospitality Supervisor (Villa Supervisor) to work for our VIP client based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities and Job Description:

• The Villa Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the daily operations in the department, overseeing the staff to provide prompt, personalized service in the most efficient way to the guests.
• The Supervisor communicates and works closely with other departments to provide the highest level of service.

• Supervisory experience in F&B or Housekeeping is a must:

• You will be responsible for training and developing your team members, ensuring their professional level of service and personal growth.

• Responsible for managing and overseeing all hospitality functions for the housing piece of the conference program.
• The Hospitality Supervisor also serves as the team leader for a group of employees and directs their team in meetings and challenges

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Has strong decision making abilities
• Quality and result driven

Salary: AED7,000 - 8,000 / - (all inclusive)
Job Type: Full Time

Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
