Quality Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job Functions Include, but not limited to:
Main Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all regulatory requirements licensure and certification and mandatory training within

established time frame

  • Update in OHC Performance Indicator database
  • Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
  • Selecting and assigning quality control duties to the staff, and then must evaluate the performance of these

employees in their assigned roles.
- After respective departments evaluation of staff development needs, the manager arranges training as related

to improving quality control measures and ensures that labor relations requirements are met.

  • Knowledgeable in the company's policies and procedures as well as regulations related to quality control.
  • Assist in developing Policies and procedures.
  • Promoting good interpersonal relationships by displaying professional behavior and practice.
  • Develop and maintaining a Quality Management Plan; by collating and analyzing performance data, perform

evaluation and providing feedback to all staff.

  • Process improvement by introducing process changes to improve quality and reduce costs.
  • Select Key Performance Indicators which reflects the organization's goals, which are key to its success and are

quantifiable (measurable), in collaboration with the Performing Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis.

  • Performing Root Cause Analysis systematically.
  • Agreeing standards and establishing clear defined quality methods for staff to apply.
  • Mentoring nursing staff on the patient care unit to reflect best practices.
  • Keep the Director of Quality informed on all of the above and work on any related projects as assigned by the DOQ from time to time.
  • Verify and submit the KPI results to the top management for approval
  • Reports JAWDA KPIs to DOH on monthly/quarterly basis

Operational Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining records and reports and issuing correspondence, reviewing errors and their causes

and giving advice to correct such errors.

  • Participation in the orientation and teaching of new staff.
  • Assesses input from the multi-disciplinary team to maximize quality and continuity of patient care.
  • Assesses for safe environment for patient to minimize risks to clients/ staff.
  • A role model in the provision of quality care by reinforcing philosophy, mission value statement, roles,

objectives, policies and procedures to staff.

  • Participates in relevant committees, meetings and teams to improve client care.
  • Assists and participates in the learning experience through rounds, interdisciplinary patient care conferences

and informal and formal education sessions.
- Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions through the quality improvement program, feedback, and

recommendations to staff.
- Participates in the education for and the evaluation of new products, equipment, technology and system

processes to improve client care delivery.

  • Facilitating good relationships among peers
  • Creating networks that effectively transmit required information to appropriate parties for example peers, and

upper management.)

  • Exercising good time management skills
  • Adapt quickly to change, offer constructive feedback, set high ethical standards, stay positive, offer

encouragement, and remain optimistic yet realistic.

Health, Safety and Security

  • They shall undertake his/her roles and responsibilities in accordance with general requirements of OSHAD SF
  • Element 01-Roles and responsibilities and self-regulation.
  • Familiarize themselves and comply with all OSH policies, standards and procedures that are relevant for their

workplace.

  • Monitor and maintain health, safety and security of self and others.
  • Adheres to the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  • Adheres to requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines and Infection Control Guidelines.
  • Understands and adheres to emergency preparedness, fire safety and code policies/plans.
  • They have to complete their mandatory education and competencies as well as their specific education and

competencies

  • Adheres to the responsibility assigned to them during emergency.
  • Shall be participated in emergency mock drills.
  • Notify OHS Supervisor of any hazards, mishaps or incidents within or outside their area of work.
  • Report to OHS Supervisor of any unsafe practices, or situations they may experience or witness

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

  • Quality Assurance: 4 years (required)
