IT Specialist

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
  • With at least 1 year work experience in IT Support and has knowledge in Basic PC / Network Troubleshooting, Hardware/Software support.
  • Has knowledge in SAP B1 and MS SQL Server
  • Willing to work and be trained in a fast-paced
  • Willing to adapt to changing technical priorities

Job Role
- Provides prompt IT support to end-users such as but not limited to:

  • set-up and configuration of IT devices like computer, mobile phone, printer, CCTV.
  • troubleshoot common computer hardware problems or coordinate the repair with the vendor
  • getting assistance regarding services and solutions from system provider
  • Provides support in the deployment of new hardware and software to end users
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining company servers, managed firewall infrastructure
  • Responsible for performing regular maintenance on existing database back-up and ensures all necessary info is stored securely
  • Participates in the evaluation of products, tools, programs and methods for the enhancement of systems and work IT equipment
  • Understand the organization sufficiently to anticipate and resolve end user tech issues
  • Participate in ISO Audit yearly basis

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Information Technology; BS Computer Science and or equivalent
  • Related working experience as I.t Specialist/Manager is a MUST.
  • Must be knowledgeable in SAP.
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Can start immediately
  • Can work in mínimal supervision and under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From Php25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
