Description
Requirements:
- Min D3 any major with GPA 2,75
- Min Fresh grad and max 2 year in data entry field
- Willing to work in the shifting schedule
- Have basic excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel
- Typing skill with WPM 120 & Accuracy 90%
- Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa
- Vaccinated min 2 Doses
- Minimum able to speak basic English, MUST be able to write in English
- Experience in customer service area
Job Descs:
- Provide excellent service by processing registrations quickly and accurately
- Manage the service registration process & disputes arising from merchant & stakeholder
- Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with merchant and stakeholder
