We now have an exciting opportunity for Secuirty to join our Front Office Department.
As a Secuirty you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:
- Responsible for the safety of staff and guests.
- Will be doing floor walks of hotel and SMP.
- Welcoming late night guests back into hotel and checking that they are resident.
- Regular checks of F&B and C&B areas when events are running to ensure that guests are behaving and not being rowdy.
- Able to deal with conflict situations.
- Able to record and report situations that occur in the hotel.
- Can do First Aid as and when needed.
- Can talk a situation down.
- Able to assist guests with directions and requests.
- Will be helping to make sure the hotel is clean and tidy including the outside areas of the hotel.
