Night Dispatcher

Impact Freight Services is looking for a Night Dispatcher to join their Operations Team.

Responsibilities will include-

• Monitor and follow-up on pickups and deliveries that happen during their shift
• Keeps customers informed of all the updates regarding shipments
• Create border crossings ACE/ACI as needed
• Dispatch drivers as assigned by Operations
• Developing and maintaining good working relationship with Drivers
• Other duties as required
• Hours
• 9pm to 5am

Qualifications-

• Proven team player
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Minimum of 2 year of experience in Dispatch/Customer Service in Trucking Industry is required

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
