Description
The job holder is responsible to operate Abra and to ensure passenger & personnel safety on-board at all times.
- KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES_
- He is responsible to follow policies on board the vessel
- Abra seaman to follow the ISM on board his vessel
- To execute work as general-purpose crewman
- To assist the Captain on berthing, un-berthing and bunkering
- To ensure that vessels are clean and tidy at all times.
- To assist the Captain and ensure keep a good look out especially at night and in foggy weather, as well as having good physique and excellent eye sight with good colour vision
- Assist the passengers for boarding/disembarking water ferries and guard them till they are inside the ferry safety
- In case of man over board, throw the life buoy close to him as possible and guide the person to recover him as quick as possible.
- In case of fire, attack it with the extinguishers available, immediately raise alarm and inform the Captain, get the fire pump ready for immediate use.

Salary: AED2,700.00 per month
