Position Description:
The Global Mobility Program Lead is passionate about providing employees with an exceptional experience as they relocate or go on temporary international assignments. This is a role focused on delivering end-to-end mobility experiences for new hires and existing employees. The Global Mobility Program Lead will be pivotal to the continued successful scaling of the mobility programs at New Consumer Health Company (NCHC) and the program(s) assigned to the program lead may evolve over time. The person in this role will have a global mobility background and partner closely with Business Unit Human Resources (BUHR), Talent Access, Rewards, Benefits, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Global Services, and others to ensure a seamless mobility experience for our employees.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- quality employee experience, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will optimize organizational efficiency and provide enhanced employee and stakeholder experience through standardized processes, adherence to policies, business analytics, technology enhancements and vendor relations. This role will report to the Head of Global Mobility. A maximum of 25% traveling will be required.
Operational Excellence
- Continue to transform the Global Mobility service delivery model to match the scope and pace of company growth within region
- Drive ongoing mobility projects and design solutions to improve and upscale our programs
- Provide oversight and tracking of mobility-related costs and expenses and provide updates and metrics to finance and business leaders as necessary; design solutions to drive cost efficiency
People Experience
- Enhance and expand Mobility stakeholder tools and resources to drive assignment success and positive stakeholder experience
- Ensure Global Mobility processes allow assignees to remain laser-focused on their business goals throughout the full duration of their assignment
- Proposes innovative/creative solutions and policy exceptions as needed to successfully deploy talent across businesses and countries
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics and design and implement continuous improvement to enhance the people's experience
Vendor Partner Management
- Oversee and manage vendor relationships ensuring that agreed service levels are attained or exceeded. Periodically review to ensure value and effectiveness
- Regional contact for escalations of vendors’ service delivery feedback/issues and provide leadership in resolving them
- Participation in Request for information/Request for proposal (RFI/RFP) processes on vendor identification, evaluation, and selection
- Ensure the success of onboarding new vendor partners leading and supporting the implementation, stabilization coaching/mentoring, training, and continuous improvements initiatives with regional vendor partners
Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Provide appropriate organizational visibility to the Global Mobility function and be able to articulate tangible ties to business goals
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with the business, BUHR, Global Services, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and multiple other internal stakeholders. Proactively identify operational barriers and drive consistent, scalable transactional proces
