Product posting on E-commerce platform (Shopee / Lazada / Alibaba)

Provide online store’s product consultation to customer

Handle and reply to online customer inquiry

Assist in order processing & tracking

Perform basic product photography & photo editing

Manage online sales inquiry

Manage E-commerce account activity

Manage and record accurately online store’s stock movement

Prepare online store’s activity & performance report

Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Job Requirements:
Possess at least SPM / DIPLOMA qualification

Familiar with E-commerce platform (Shopee / Lazada / Alibaba)

Computer savvy (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Skill(s): Basic Product Photography, Photo Editing, Product Posting, Virtual Communication

Language: Mandarin, English, Malay
