About this role
- HSEQ responsibilities:

  • Ensure that HSE is given the highest priority
  • Support and enforce the Project HSEQ management system (charters, objectives, directives, plans, procedures, specifications,)
  • Promote HSEQ awareness of workforce at all levels through pro-active attitude (site tour management, HSEQ meetings, incentives actions; ) within Project team and Contractors
  • Monitor work activities, especially potential areas where unsafe acts could occur, and ensure that risks have been properly identified and assessed prior to work execution (Job Safety Analysis).
  • During project phases (FEED/Basic engineering / EPCIC):

  • Support updates of the Operating Philosophies, Operating Manuals and Procedures (as required) for the facilities delivered by Major Projects

  • Participate in HAZOPs and Risk Assessments for installation and construction activities associated with Projects
  • Interact with Projects to anticipate production impact or associated risk assessment and proper mitigations to implement to avoid production downtimes
  • Interfaces with the Commissioning Manager and Site Commissioning Teams (especially during preparation phase) to facilitate Offshore Execution
  • Participates to HAZOP, HAZID, PRs, JRA as required
  • Participates / gets involved in operability/maintainability studies and 3D model reviews Support Contractor development of main Operating Procedures for Field Operations to ensure they are fit for purpose, aligned with current FOPS practices and delivered in a timely fashion
  • Identify and develop training for Field Ops stakeholders as required for new facilities.
  • Represent Project FOPS at FAT of some main/critical equipment
  • Ensures adequacy of projects design basis with existing ALS Field bottlenecks or their coherence with identified debottlenecking actions.
  • Lead/support site Operations Teams during installation and commissioning activities
  • Contributes to the definition of the Handover philosophy
  • Prepares adequate feedback (REX, Return of Experience) at the end of each Project

What you need to bring

  • Minimum education level: BSc in Engineering discipline
  • Operations profile with Field experience and previous experience gained in Production Operations and Projects positions (5 to 10 years minimum)..
  • Familiar with Production, Process and Flow Assurance Engineering.
  • Familiar with COMPANY standards, MANASA and relevant codes and standards,
  • Language: Fluent English,
  • Computer literate,
  • Good communication and transverse skills,
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
  • Good analytical skills,
  • Available for frequent missions to EPCIC Contractor and Vendor sites
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET training.
