We’re recruiting for a SharePoint Administrator to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA).
As an integral part of the SPA Digital Team, you will be leading our SPA SharePoint site’s development, roll out, maintenance and use within our SPA teams. The SPA SharePoint will be the sole repository for the SPA Way of Working and will also integrate all the elements of the integrated management systems into one platform.
What will you be doing as our new SharePoint Administrator?
- Customize SharePoint to meet SPA and the SPA team’s needs to ensure quality of the project information is suitable for collaboration and customization.
- Provide technical support for SharePoint users
- Hold training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint.
- Manage and revise the layout of the site
A little bit about your skills, experience, and behaviours.
- Demonstrates specific knowledge of the function and makeup of Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate flows. Is proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Possesses knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security.
- Ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint.
- Knowledge of software development industry.
- Familiar with website layouts and html. Demonstrates strong leadership skills, communicates clearly and effectively, and works well with a team. Can translate technical jargon into layman’s terms for explanatory purposes.
- Experience of design and development PowerApps, Power Automate, realised key business processes is desirable.
