Part-time Personal Support Worker

We are currently hiring CERTIFIED Personal Support Workers (PSWs) as soon as possible for part time varying 8 hr shifts with the following qualifications:

  • Experience in long-term care required

  • Valid Ontario Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate with verification (NACC certificate OR transcript of marks ):

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification, Vulnerable Sector Check (within 6 month), 2 Step TB (within 6 months):

  • Updated Immunization Records that include Measles, Rubella and Varicella, and Tuberculosis. Prophylaxis immunization of Hepatitis B is strongly encouraged

  • Current N95 / mask fit certificate is definite asset
  • Superior interpersonal skills that include verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, seniors, and families.
  • Effective skills in critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a dynamic team.
  • Efficient decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing and ready to work flexible hours.

Salary: $25.00 per hour
