Our Dealers:
- Deal fun, fast-paced casino card games - you may even get to teach someone how to play!
- Promote Casino events and services to all our guests;
- Make new friends, develop great relationships and overall have a positive attitude with guests and co-workers;
- Make sure our guests have an awesome experience;
- Takes pride in work and willing to learn and master new games.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent is required with a strong focus on basic mathematic skills;
- Must be certified as a Dealer by the Nova Scotia Alcohol & Gaming Division - training will be provided by the Casino;
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills;
- Comfortable dealing live games with speed, efficiency and accuracy;
- Ability to use sound judgement and decision-making skills.
