About this role
Semi-senior IT operator, responsible for monitoring and managing alerts in Backup and Storage environments.
What you'll do:
- Monitoring and administration of Backup and Storage environments.
- Resolution of alerts, relaunch of Jobs.
- Health control of supported environments.
- Generate status reports of the supported environments.
- Review of database alerts and escalation to the higher level.
Who are you?
- A semi-senior technical profile is required in BUR and Storage with knowledge preferably in VEEAM Backup, Networker and/or DataProtector.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in administration and monitoring of Backup and Storage platforms. Management of physical and virtual libraries.
- Knowledge of Databases (SQL Server and Oracle) and server operating systems will be valued.
Other qualifications:
- Knowledge of ITIL-based processes and experience with ticket management tools. - Good oral and written communication skills.
