Overview:
We are a growing destination and looking for highly motivated staff in various departments to enhance guest experience and exceed expectations. With the addition of our new Grill Room, Tap House/ Event Facility we are seeking a number of contributing Team members who would thrive in a fun and professional environment.

The Company:
Widder Station Golf and Country Club Inc. was established in 1992 and is located in Thedford, Ontario. The golf course offers many challenging holes sculpted through the natural terrain and landscape. The venue is now operating as Widder Station Golf, Grill and Tap House with full service Food, Beverage and Catering operations as well as a fully stocked Pro Shop. The off season brings family and corporate Christmas parties, Family functions, Corporate meetings along with the winter season activities of a snowmobile destination & cross country skiing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal & Event Staff

Schedule:

  • 6- 8 Hour Shift

Experience:

  • serving: 1 year (preferred)
  • server: 1 year (preferred)
  • Food Handlers Certification: 1 year (preferred)

Duties:

  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
  • Serving food
  • Serving alcohol
  • Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
  • Placing to-go orders
  • Prep or side work
  • Preparing bills and processing payment
  • Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items
  • Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
  • Reconciling daily cash transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
