DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensures that all team members adhere to all company policies and procedures uniformly and without exception, such as uniform standards, attendance, and reconciling financial transactions.

  2. Responsible for day to day restaurant operation

  3. Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.

  4. Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.

  5. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

  6. Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

  7. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

  8. Continually strive to develop your staff in all area’s professional development

  9. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and excellent working condition

  10. Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

  11. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations


Salary: QAR6,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Arabic (preferred)
