About The Team:
Content Strategy is the art of bringing the right content to the right person in the right place at the right time under the right context. We are responsible for Helo content safety, content quality & style, content feature and creator strategy related businesses.
Responsibilities:
POC (50%)
- Improve the policy of safety and quality: Improve the existing policy of safety and quality based on several factors, ensure the current guideline is suitable to implement for various scenarios and user background
- Recommend the overall product's improvement: Do the overall checking of the product, find the useful feature improvement of it, do the external analysis of market research, model improvement, and report a bug from the perspective of the user
- Report making: Develop a comprehensive report regarding multiple tasks including safety and quality with good analytical skills
- Collaborate with multiple cross-function teams: Communicate with other stakeholders to fix issues, develop new features, or troubleshoot unexpected problems
- Lead the Projects: Initiate and conduct meaningful projects to improve multiple aspects of product including safety, quality, variety, feature research, community, and user
Moderator (50%)
- Ensure the safety of the product: Do daily safety moderation to minimize risk on the platform, including coordination with the cross-function team to find another risk pattern or characteristic according to the current constellation of local content
- Improve the content quality of the product: Do moderation and improvement of content quality, classify the content into a proper quality based on its intrinsic value and actual demand of users
- Subjective bad case hunting: Proactively search for actual bad cases and suspected bad cases on the platform
- Ensure the daily workflow tasks are completed within the designated timelines and set daily KPI
- Identify content trends that need to be addressed and communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders
- 2+ years experience working on content safety, quality, or policy in a notable tech or media company
- Understand the flow of content moderation, dashboard, and its quality assurance
- Experienced in handling the projects, their workflow, cross-function team communication skill, and team member adjustments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in teamwork
- Experienced in daily use of excel data environment with its basic formula mastery
- Up to date in local understanding of trends, viral news, and user behaviors
- Fluent in English
