Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented *Landscape Irrigation Engineer (Design) *to join our team! In this role you will get to a ct as the main point of contact within the design team for technical issues related to irrigation networks.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and planning of primary and secondary irrigation networks
- Act as the main point of contact within the design team for technical issues related to irrigation networks.
- Provides support for other engineering activities as required.
- Know how to Compute irrigation demands and requirements
- Develop efficient and cost-effective irrigation designs that meet all requirements.
- Prepare site plans, design reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Review of deliverables including design reports, design submissions and specifications.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in design, of Landscape and irrigation projects
- Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience advising client of best systems, materials, products, and sustainability for irrigation systems
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Rain cad
