Job description:
- Supervise a team in order to mobilize, coach, empower and develop employees
- Supervision and planning of laboratory operations and act as a resource person
- Training employees and coordinating training programs
- Record results, performs calculations and compiles data
- Supervision of results and reports
- Technical customer services.
- Responsible of the quality control
- Follow all aspects of the Quality System and GMP procedures
- Create and write SOPs
- Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating, cleaning, or sterilizing according to GMP planning.
- Assist in maintaining inventory control to ensure availability of adequate reagents and supplies.
- Occasionally Practice and perform a variety of laboratory procedures with accuracy and efficiency in accordance with the regulations and internal procedures
- Assisting the quality assurance department for audits and fully participate to these inspections
job requirements:
- B. Sc. Degree
- Member of the association of microbiologists of Quebec
- 2 years of experience in laboratory supervision or coordination
- very good knowledge in GMP and GLP
- Bilingual
Salary: Up to $0.10 per hour
