Technical Staff - Network

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Can handle testing/troubleshooting for Access Points, Outdoor and Indoor CPEs, CCTV/DVR/NVR, Biometric devices, and other IT hardware products
  • Must use company system software for recording incoming and outgoing RMA items and properly record daily activities
  • Training junior IT personnel, providing onsite or remote or technical support and preparing user guides
  • Maintains a clear record/summary of items handled
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the technical manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh graduate with CCNA Training and Certificate is highly preferred:

  • If not, at least 2 years experience with configuration, installation and troubleshooting of the following devices but not limited to (Manageable switches, Access Points, Wireless Routers, control, CCTV/DVR/NVR, biometrics, time attendance, video intercom and the likes)

  • With experience in Networking (TCP/IP) and knowlegdge on installing access points, outdoor CPE's, and network switches
  • In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, and security
  • Must be organized when it comes to written reporting
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Trainable and hard working
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficient with Windows OS and Office Suites - Familiar with remote assistance software such as Anydesk/TeamViewer, and the likes
  • With experience in Networking (TCP/IP) and knowledge of networking installation are required
  • Trainable and hardworking
  • Knows how to use Software such as Zoom, Anydesk/TeamViewer, ivms-4200, ZKBiotime, ZKTime.net, and the likes
  • Has the ability to think logically and to work well in a team.
  • Has excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cubao Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
