About the role
The main duties of this role include:
- Donor registration - customer service
- Clinical and medical support
- Providing clerical and administrative support for document control functions and routine quality control tasks
- Telephone
- Communicate with local and national teams and report to the Team Leader with operation and performance of team
- Updating database and printing reports and job list
- Ordering stationery, stock count and reconciliation of stock
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Customer service skills
- Team player
- Computer literacy
- Be able to work across all three sites (Epsom, Manukau, North Shore and our mobiles)
- Clean Driver's License
- Professional attitude

- Excellent interpersonal skills
