IT Assistant

KTP Philippines ROHQ-Mandaluyong, Philippines

Configure and deploy onboarding equipment and accounts as well as execute offboarding procedure.

  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues including account setup, software installs, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Responding to system outages and perform effective escalation process.
  • Vendor relationship management.
  • Manage and support video conferencing components, platforms, interfaces through Zoom, MS Teams.
  • Basic understanding and skill to access network issue and provide basic troubleshooting.

Requirements:
Graduate of any Information Technology /Computer Science course.

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT infrastructure and End User Computing in a large and diverse environment.
  • Technical Knowledge and proficient in PC Hardware / Software installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Image Cloning.
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Windows 10/11.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with LAN and Wireless network.
  • Good knowledge and experience with office communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Video and Audio Conference etc.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding with MS Office Applications.
  • Knowledge of Autodesk and Engineering Software is an advantage.
  • Highly organised and process orientated.
  • Good oral & written communication skills.
