Description
Configure and deploy onboarding equipment and accounts as well as execute offboarding procedure.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues including account setup, software installs, upgrades, and repairs.
- Responding to system outages and perform effective escalation process.
- Vendor relationship management.
- Manage and support video conferencing components, platforms, interfaces through Zoom, MS Teams.
- Basic understanding and skill to access network issue and provide basic troubleshooting.
Requirements:
Graduate of any Information Technology /Computer Science course.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in IT infrastructure and End User Computing in a large and diverse environment.
- Technical Knowledge and proficient in PC Hardware / Software installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting, Image Cloning.
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Windows 10/11.
- Basic knowledge and experience with LAN and Wireless network.
- Good knowledge and experience with office communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Video and Audio Conference etc.
- Basic knowledge and understanding with MS Office Applications.
- Knowledge of Autodesk and Engineering Software is an advantage.
- Highly organised and process orientated.
- Good oral & written communication skills.
