IT Support

1. Maintaining network and system functionality by testing and assessing computer components.

2. Outstanding knowledge in hardware troubleshooting and software maintenance.

3. Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates.

4. Organize and file documentation pertaining to IT Policies and Procedures and instructional guides for computer hardware.

5. Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion.

6. Resolve technical issues related to system and network interruptions.

7. Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks.

8. Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps.

9. Know how to manage and configure Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, PABX and CCTV.
