The Role

The Lifestyle Brand Manager will coordinate and manage all marketing-related efforts for the two lifestyle brands of Pan Pacific Hotels Group - Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurants (SCDH) and St. Gregory. The Manager will work in the Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle & Asset office, and will take guidance and feedback from the Director of F&B and Lifestyle Director for the respective brands.

Marketing:

  • Propose, develop and implement suitable marketing strategies for the two lifestyle brands Si Chuan Dou Hua and St. Gregory, with a focus on marketing

partnerships and social media

  • Coordinate media or promotional events where required e.g. media food tastings, launch events, etc
  • Prepare and plan upcoming marketing plans and promotions
  • Identify new trends or opportunities to drive awareness and/or conversions

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts and cascade booking requests or enquiries to the relevant outlets
  • Coordinate with relevant agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop suitable collaterals

Branding:

  • Act as the brand custodian and ensure brand consistency in materials rolled out e.g. outlet-specific promotions, menus etc
  • Maintain and update a list of key assets such as logos, menus, photos etc

Analytics:

  • Review and support preparation of regular performance reports
  • Evaluate marketing campaign or promotion performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Talent Profile

  • At least 2 year experiences in a similar capacity in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Marketing platform like Tik Tok and Social Medias
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management abilities to develop professional business relationship with customers in order to establish an effective Customer Relationship Management
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability and ability
