Description
IT Staff - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year IT-related courses
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, with experience is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Server, Network, and System
- Highly trainable
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
- Documentation and site preparation
- Support all technicalities of the site
- Do clerical and administrative duties
- Do things assigned from time to time

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
