Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages key client projects
- Also includes the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
- Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Sets deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering, Interior Design or Architecture (professional license not required)
- Minimum of 5-year’s working experience in a construction company as Project In Charge or Managerial Position in Fit Out Construction.
- Able to do Quantity Surveying and Quantity Take off
- Able to interpret drawings and plans
- Well versed in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
