Description
The ability to prepare food to Executive Chef/Client specifications, a keen eye to successfully set up a la carte stations required for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner
- Must be able to work all shifts
- Confirm daily objectives with Sous Chef
- Ensures assigned workstation has a proper level of par stocks and supplies based on daily menus.
- Season food according to recipes and/or Client needs
- Operates various kitchen appliances such as a food processor, blender, oven, grill and stand mixer
- Manages portions, arranges, and garnishes food
- Estimates expected food consumption and, organize preparation
- Ensures all dishes are prepared and presented according to established standard recipes and presentations
- Performs banquet and kitchen line functions such as sautéing, grilling, preparing sauces, plating and more
- Clean and organize workstation, refrigeration and maintains a clean & sanitary culinary environment
Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma (required)
Experience:
- Line cook: 4 years (required)
