HVAC Supervisor.

Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.
Inspects work for completeness and Keeps time cards and other routine records.
Determines material, equipment, and supplies be used. Transfers equipment and personnel from one project to another as necessary.
Supervises and participates in skilled maintenance and repair of electrical service, air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems; maintains records of parts and materials used; estimates and orders materials and equipment.
Coordinates or inspects operates and maintains the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems (including boiler system) in all health department locations.
Reads blueprints and layout plans for installation repair and modification work; contacts vendors and manufacturers in the resolution of difficult repair problems.
Coordinates renovations of existing facilities and the construction of new facilities.
Responsible for proactively managing the project safety performance.
Check and troubleshoot equipment; set and adjust controls.
Review all work orders before and after completion
Order and pick up spare parts for jobs in order to keep mechanics on the job
Determine time and cost estimates for HVAC jobs & Assist in budget planning and preparation.
Cooperate with the warehouse to determine which parts should be ordered for stock.
Evaluates and trains subordinate personnel; reviews and maintains employee labor records; inspects work in progress and upon completion.
Establishes a preventive maintenance program for electrical systems, air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating equipment; works closely with other maintenance and trades personnel to determine and coordinate repair and modification needs; prepares and maintains records, correspondence, and reports.
Ensure that the design in all areas of responsibility is in accordance with the Basis of Design, Company HSE and quality standards, and relevant codes and specifications, and that reliability and operability are given priority.
Assist in the development or updating, review, and approval of all applicable engineering deliverables, including specifications, reports, and all applicable codes and safety standards.
Salary: AED5000 To 5500
