Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to clients or other employees on any computer and system related concerns.
• Maintain a detailed report by updating and monitoring all technical concerns, as well as meeting with deadlines and/or date of completion.
• Examine capabilities of software and hardware assets, recommend system updates or asset replacements.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech.
• Good Moral Characters.
• Familiar with Network Equipment.
• Basic Network Troubleshooting
• Basic Desktop Troubleshooting
• Related IT skills fields.
• No work experience required.
• Able to multi-task and willing to learn.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Vistamall Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
